pray for FR JUAN NAVARRO at Christ Cathedral (former Crystal Cathedral)

pray for FR JUAN NAVARRO at Christ Cathedral (former Crystal Cathedral) ...i was recently there for morning mass and he was speaking of the word 'elder' and said something about "that's me, not you guys" pointing to us...it sounded prideful as if he was saying he was more important than us. I also call Fr. Juan the "say all" priest because he says all his words of the liturgy and our words too (the parishioners) using the microphone so that it  feels meaningless to speak at all because he drowns us out. I wish "say all" priests wouldn't do that because most of us are already emasculated enough by society that we don't need a bully pulpit emasculating us even more. WE need encouragement and empowerment, not belittlement. Make us feel as if we matter ! That's what made robert schuller & the Crystal Cathedral so successful for so many years (until the family squabble)...Schuller empowered us by telling us how much we matter to God ! So pray for Juan not to feel insecure at the CC ...he's got a good job and in a nice setting....may he use his words and pulpit to inspire us as a congregation. Fill him with the Holy SPirit !
